Payment problem

I made a payment towards my Account (R350) on 02/03/2022 using my FNB debit card account. I was shocked to get a notification that the payment only pulled through now because you only cleared the payment from your side on 26/03/2022. I am now sitting with a negative balance on my bank account because there is currently insufficient funds. This is unprofessional and has resulted in a negative rating on my ITC report. It is not my fault that you cleared late but I am not the one suffering as the result. Please fix this, how I don't care.
