Payment not cleared

I made a payment in-store on the 4th October 2020 at Truworths North Gate brunch and after some time i was told that i did not pay. I have been sending proof of payment to their collection centre and Whatsap group for assistance with no help. I am very frustrated by calls from their agents regarding the matter and they are harassing me as if i did not pay. I regret opening an account with truworths.
