Payment in arrears

Hi please correct me if I'm wrong during d lock down the government announced that we can apply for payments relief for 3months if not mistaken but not with truworths they called me and when I said I won't be able to pay can I do arrangements they refused and said I can only do arrangements for my monthly installment of which I didn't have ok they hand me over to collections and they collections called me when I explained why I couldn't pay they even told me that truworths is a private company the government doesn't own truworths I will pay back their money but in this case what must I do if I can't pay them the amount in areas and I wish they could stop calling becouse they have already handed my account so I dnt see any reason for them to call me kindly help what to do in this regard I will pay and close my account didn't like the way I was treated.
