Payment allocation request
I paid an amount of R150 using EFT but it’s not reflecting on my truworths statement and I called them on the 25th of May I was told to forward the proof of payment to *** and I did so as their request and then I called them again on the 1st of June 2020 to find out how far are they with the payment allocation and they said they are still busy with it then I decided to take the documents to the greenstone truworths branch however till today the R150 is not allocated to my account but they are able to send me an updated statement but they did not include the R150 that I paid on the 12 of May 2020 please assist because now Truworths is playing games someone is not doing their job!
