PAYING FOR CELL PHONE I DONT HAVE
I bought cell phone on 23.05.2015 I didn't have micro-sim to use the phone. After a week I loaded some music on the phone while I didn't use. I found that the is a problem with a battery, it was over heating and battery could not even last for 30mins in full. when its on the charger it give 100% but when you remove it form the charger and after few minutes it gives you maybe 78%. I took back the phone on the 06.06.2015 then they told me MTN still on strike nothing they do for me. then I ask them so am I going to pay for the phone which does not work. The manager said I must wait till the strike its over. The following week I call in and ask if the strike is over they said yes I can bring the phone back. Brought the phone back to the store on the 10.06.2015 till today I don't my phone but I am paying for it.
I tried to explain to them that I never use the phone at all, but they told me they booked it for warranty assessment. I went to the store on the 10.06.2015 to ask for the return of the phone nothing cause strike still going on.

I just was to be credit back or must be given new phone cause I wont pay for the phone I don't have. Poor Service
