Payhetic Service have no clue what's going on

I have made payment on the 26th of April at The MALL of AFRICA. As I was making the payment the System went went offline as always .The Funds were deducted from my Bank Account. I did send Truworths my Bank Statwment showing funds went off.However they insisting this is incorrect. I have been dealing with so many consultants from The Manager of Mall of Africa Truworths to the finance to the Service centre. The Service i am getting is shocking ,patetic Service. The Staff is not trained or just don't give a **** about there clients .Horrible Service this is still been dragging on upon today. TRUWORTHS YOU GUYS ARE USELESS.
