Paviilion store vlosing door before closing time

Truworths Pavilion refused to let me in, at 18:55 wanted to grab a belt and pay but they just didn't care, the service was terrible. The store closing time is 19:00 so is the door is closed for customer 10 minutes be they should change the operating hours.
