Pathetic Truworths customer service

Never have I received such pathetic customer service, sheer incompetence, ignorance and inability to follow up on an issue from a large company such as Truworths on more than numerous occasions...call service agents as well as in-store management staff must have been trained at South African home affairs to be this awful. I will definitely be taking my money to more stylish and helpful brands such as TFG etc. Truworths South Africa, wake up, have adequately trained staff and treat customers with dignity or unfortunately in tough economic times you will be finding yourself in liquation soon.
