Pathetic Services at Truworths !!!!!

Pathetic call centre services. Unable to assist I'm updating profiles to ITC or experian. Unable to send requests to update profile on paid up accounts. Advisors are unable to understand communication over the phone or written communication via WhatsApp or email. Automated responses provided and cannot comprehend simple tasks and requests.
