Pathetic Service...Its so annoying!!

I ordered a jacket from Truworths for my sister for her special occasion she was attending on the 31st of October 2022, their delivery SLA is 5-7 working day (for a fee of R60.00) her parcel never arrived within the agreed SLA which was okay as she made another plan!

She finally got a text to say her parcel would arrive the 1st of November between 8-5 she then made arrangements for someone to be home to receive her jacket guess what he parcel Never arrived on that day! The following day I called the call centre to cancel the delivery and the agent told me the driver was running late and was not able to deliver the previous day however the parcel was not scheduled for delivery on that specific day I called, she said she would make a plan for it to be delivered urgently((after 8working days)…what a Joke! you would think if a parcel was not delivered the previous day it would be a priority to be delivered the following day but No not at Truworths they truly do Not value their customers and lack integrity! After many days the jacket has been refunded into my account. Now I have to call again tomorrow and tell them to refund the delivery fee as I am not liable for that amount because I Never received that service...I have 2 words Pathetic Service from Truworths!
