Pathetic service Truworths
I have purchased a shirt from Truworths Kolonnade. Due to them closing i had to rush and did not fit the shirt as i always from Truworths and knows what size fit. After a month i want to put on the shirt it is too small. Take it back cause just want to exchange for a different size. Was told i cant their policy only allows 30 days. Even the idiot manning your facebook page says the same. Now i am asking Truworths what possible financial loss will you incure on a brand new shirt which i just want to exchange for a different size. Is your policy not flexible to make a decision like this. I will fight this all the way to the top if i have to but i am paying R500 for that shirt and i want a size that fits me!! I demand urgent attention.

We can certainly understand your upset at not being able to get the respective shirt exchanged.
At Truworths, our Returns Policy facilitates an exchange or a credit on an item returned within 30 days from date of purchase provided that the original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase; the swing ticket is still attached; the item has not been worn or used and the item is still in its original packaging.
We have been in contact with management at the relevant store, who informed us that your return could not be authorised as it did not comply with the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy.
We regret that you are not pleased with the feedback received, however sincerely hope that you will understand that this policy is in place for your protection, and ours.
