<p>Pathetic service that was supposed to be speedy delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered shoes from Truworths Fashion delivery on the 12th April 2017 and the cashier told me I will receive the shoes on the 21st April 2017. Today is the 24th April 2017 I have not received any call to come and pick up my shoes and Truworths still expect me to pay R40.00 for waiting almost two weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get your Fashion delivery/Speed Services up to par.</p> <p> </p>

We acknowledge your frustration regarding your recent experience with our Fashion Delivery service and immediately conducted an investigation into this matter.
We can verify that your order was delivered to your preferred store on 20 April 2017. We liaised with the relevant Store Manager in this regard and were informed that an attempt was made to contact you on 21 April but they were regretfully unsuccessful in their attempt. We believe that you had subsequently collected your order from the store on 25 April.
We thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and sincerely apologize the manner in which you were assisted in this regard.
