Pathetic service really

I was at truworths at mompathi mall in vryburg, i asked to check my balance and ill give my account number or i.d number but the people refused to assist me because i never had my physical i.d card or account card but yet when i pay my account they can assist me with just the number but when i want to ask for a balance then they cant. So please they need to stick to wich ever rules because you cant just decide when you want to decide what rules you want to follow. I also asked them to send their head office an email with my credentials to call me back they said no because only i can do that.

I even showed them a photo of it and they still refused to please get the people trained.
