PATHETIC SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY LACK OF SERVICE FROM TRUWORTHS CHATSWORTH STORE

Truworths Chatsworth store has the most pathetic customer service!!!! Most off the staff just walk around like robots saying the same thing time after time. Sorry we still looking, sorry my manager is finding out... Where is the damn manager in all of this when a client stands for an hour waiting for an apparent lost order. No communication whatsoever! Lines are as long as free food lines with very little sense of urgency from staff. The till in the perfume section is never open to assist clients... Why do you guys do this because you'll in the heart of a very laid back community???
