Pathetic service , no manner of approach, rudely and never going to truworts clearwaters.

Today i went to Clearwater mall with my mom who is 68 with my two kids , firstly every month we make sure we shop at that specific store cause of the atmosphere and movement that one gets to enjoy but unfortunately not today, im not sure but we were followed as if we are *****s from the moment we entered the store , so my daughter and i sat down by the shoes department as my mom preceeded to go pay with my son one of the items wasnt rang and obviously when we got to the door that thing went off , 5 people came to us requesting a receipt which we did produce, we spend About 2000 but the way we were was humiliated infront of my kids and strangers was not necessarry , im certain that all this items should be refunded back im not happy at all . How i wish that the camera of that store could be reviewed so that CEO of truworths see EXACTLY what is going in that store ive never felt naked in my own clothes . Can you teach staff to talk to people even the security guards talk to us like we are little kids , im so disgusted and dissapoibted by the pathetic servise in an up class mall. Also Lindi the store manager is hust as rude
