Pathetic service from Truworths

Pathetic service from such a huge retailer. I placed an online order on the 13th of December 2025 and to date the order has not been delivered to the Cornubia brach. I've called the branch several times but nobody seems to know anything about tracking my order. These were Christmas gifts for my kids so you can imagine my frustration. Now nobody at the Cornubia branch answers the phone. The Truworths WhatsApp Chanel for tracking orders is a joke. I will definitely be closing my account and advise as many of my friends and family to do the same. I have the email of confirmation of my order and a call log for the numerous times I've tried to contact the branch and the countless times I've checked in whatsapp. The highlight of the joke that is Truworths is that I've received an email telling me how much is due to them for items I have not even received as yet.
