Pathetic Service from Truworths

Had the most disgusting service from the collection department and customer service department. I logged a complaint on the 28th June 2023 and since then i have had to call and do follow ups as they couldnt find the compliant logged. I had a call from the collections department n cut the lady off as i was busy then i got a call back from a block number wjo was the same lady and she had used such filthy language on me. I logged a complaint the very same day n i did stipulate that the agent obviously used her cell to make the 2nd call. To my amazement after numerous calls and emials i get feedback on 17 August 2023 which is almost 2 months later saying that there is no call recoding that a agent had spoke to me in this manner. So it seems they staff are allowed to take customers numbers for their own use. What happened to the POPI act i this case. Never been more disappointed before.

Customers are taken for granted.
