Pathetic service from Truworths

An order was placed via online shopping, these were the numbers. Delivery was requested and the address provided - NOT store delivery.

I have sent countless emails and called trying to sort out these issues.

I have been sent pillar to post, I was told it was delivered to me - it wasn’t, I was told it was delivered to Truworths Tygervalley and went there to collect my order, told it was signed for by Phumela - they searched their store, YDE, Earthchild and then started the search with other stores. While I was standing in the store for 30min. Eventually I was told it’s at Truworths Cape Gate, I had to drive all the way back to collect.

Your online store and staff are useless, there has been no telephonic contact from Truworths. I have dealt with - Abongile, Gregory (twice) , Zania (twice), Zizipo.

No one has taken it upon themselves to rectify, do any service recovery, sort the ****ing problem out.

I’ve escalated and asked for management - nothing, so what is the conclusion, Truworths couldn’t give a damn about their customers.
