Pathetic service from truworths

My truworths account was paid in advance but I keep getting calls from truworths saying that my account is in arrears. I have sent them proof of payment however they are too lazy to check their emails and correct my account saying that they dont accept sceenshots as proof of payment. Screenshots were never sent. Their service is pathetic.
