pathetic service from customer care and staff

ive been trying to buy online for how long now and they told me i need to go instore so i went twice already they told me that they cant issue a new card as they have problems with their system. but i can still buy online. now im sitting with credit they cant pay out but they not able to help either. ***en useless. i rather close my account and go somewhere els cause clearly they make enough money.
