Pathetic Service for Order No.o*** ( White Oversized Shirt Size: 32/81cm)

I am really so disappointed with Truworths. I placed my order online on the 28th June. the following week 3 items were ready for collection and went to the store and collect, 1 item was still in progress , it is still in progress even now , they always write it takes 5 to 7 working days to deliver, Mine is 14days in progress, can they just cancel my order and refund my money back? they can't even send me sms or email of apology as my order is taking too long to process, I keep checking everyday and no changes on progress, Truworths please cancel the order for that 1 item remaining and refund me please, i wanted to wear that shirt on my birthday and it has already passed, I am not pleased with your service, Very pathetic service Order No.o*** ( White Oversized Shirt Size: 32/81cm)
