Pathetic service.

I placed an order for the Gatineau Detox 7 online two weeks ago. The product arrived and It was basically a sample as It was half empty, the pump wasn't working as there was not much product inside . My grandson took photo's and attached it on Truworths messanger. I also sent the product with my daughter to Truworths Port Alfred where the manager Jackie assisted in exchanging few items on my account. My daughter asked her to refund the Gatineau skin care product she look inside the product and said herself that is a sample but she was unable to refund as Truworths does not stock skin care in Port Alfred. A guy called me and advised they would send another one and refund me. Till this day I am charged with two x R925.00 . If Truworths knew they would not refund me for the first half empty product why send another just to charge another R925.00 to my account. Even this one that was sent we struggled with the pump again no product comes out. I am a pensioner I cannot pay for two items. It was a stupid idea of the guy to order another product and now I am being charged twice. Fix my account as I do not want any samples.
