Pathetic service

My fiance bought a mi way Georgio Armani perfume from Truworths liberty mall. We opened it yesterday and I sprayed it once and noticed a slight leak at the seal of the bottle. He took it back first thing this morning and the same lady who assisted yesterday said that it was a manufacturing fault and they cannot take it back. Further to this she advises that the bottle was over full and after 10 sprays it should come right. The lack of competence is disappointing how does a leak rectify itself so does truworths sell junk to people to make a sale. Where is customer satisfaction and effective staff assistance. Thus perfume was not R200 it was more than R2000. Do I have to watch how I keep the bottle just so there is no leaks. The staff member was originally asked if they stock Narciso Rodriguez which was my fiancés original choice and she advised that truworths does not stock this brand. We checked online and found that truworths Pavillion stocks same. Where is customer service? Lack of service is one thing but robbing your customers is another.
