This is the most pathetic service i have ever received at a company, will be closing my truworths and identity account with you guys

18 Dec 2024, 13:42I bought my clothes there to go on holiday. The lady at the counter ripped those magnets out of the close damaging the close. When I told her I want new jeans and shirts, she just said there is no more sizes and I must go to another store

07 Jan 2025, 15:32This is the most pathetic store ever, Rifilwe called me and said if can come and get a t-shirt for free after they messed up. Got to the store and waisted my diesel again. Will put this on every social platform I can get
