Pathetic service

I placed an online order as a gift on the 21st March. Due to lockdown I understand that the order couldn't be delivered. Since level 4 was opened I've been waiting for delivery of the order as it was a gift to someone on her 21st birthday. Truworths online doesn't answer their phones and every morning I receive a message that my order is out for delivery the next day. I need to inform the recipient to wait for the delivery and it doesn't arrive. Such terrible service. Totally disappointed
