Pathetic service at Truworths Randburg Square

The disregard for customer service at Truworths Randburg Square is shicking. Firstly, I arrived at the store at 09:08, only to find it still closed despite the operating hours starting at 09:00.I then went back to the store later in the day and encountered unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Despite explaining that i received a message that my order was ready for collection, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and the staff failed to offer any viable solutions when they “couldn’t find my order” one even said “Are you sure it was sent here?” as if i was stupid and had a message on my phone, which she was not interested in. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

After facing issues with the store staff, I reached out to your customer services, who advised me to return to the store for resolution.

Additionally, my attempts to seek help through your social media accounts have been met with complete silence, as my messages have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is deeply concerning and further compounds my dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.

I implore you to address this matter urgently, provide a resolution, and improve your communication channels to ensure that customers like me do not feel neglected when seeking assistance.
