Pathetic Service and Extremely poor

On Friday morning the 24th September I went to Westgate truworths to buy some clothes only to be be told that my account was a mess by the lady that was working in the cell phone counter.

She didn't even try to assist this after I told her that my account was updated and I have paid my monthly payment.

I have never been so embarrassed in my life and she went to say she will call me on Monday to return some of the clothes I wanted to return.

Same day I went to Clearwater mall store and was assisted by employee *** very professional and efficient what Westgate couldn't do.
