Pathetic Service and Don't Care Attitude from Management

I am profoundly disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I've received from Truworths Head office after lodging a complain about the treatment I received from Truworths Newcastle Mall in September and more importantly, the dismissive attitude I encountered when attempting to resolve the matter. Whenever I do a follow up, I'm being told, still investigating (for 2 months, come on), however I receive call 5 times a day requesting a payment.

This complete lack of customer care is deeply troubling, especially from the management position (Head office), who should be setting the standard for customer service excellence. I have been a customer who trusted their establishment with a significant purchase and I expected to be treated with respect and consideration in return. Instead I have been left feeling undervalued and frustrated by this entire experience.
