PATHETIC SERVICE
I paid my account 3 months ago via FET and till today my account is still on arias since they saying it hasn't reflected on their side due to people dealing with accounts haven't updated the account! how pathetic is that!

UNACCEPTABLE&UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
following the review I wrote I received a call from Milani Mbombo whom she promised that she will have the matter resolved and I will also be receiving a call from a manager yesterday. Till today no call from a manager and still issue not resolved and I'm still getting massages reminding me that my account is on arrears!
