Pathetic service

Pathetic service, im actually annoyed with Truworths. On Sunday i recived a call from the manager of Jabulani mall advising i should email him as we discussed, I mailed him the product in question as i no longer saw it on the web, until today no responds received, its pathetic to be a customer such a high class store and simple things cant be dorted
