PATHETIC SERVICE

I have paid up my account which u have handed over to VVM and they are taking me from pillar to post to grant me a paid up letter.. Since u are the one who handed me over Do the right thing and make sure I get my letter.. I want to clear my name on ITC.. Fix my credit record.. You are the reason most younng blacks are struggling.. U don't clear them once they have paid up.. I will never ever buy from your shop ever again your customer care consultants are also rude on the phone never assist with anything.. Give me my letter or il take this up with ombuds
