Pathetic service

<p>I am absolutely disgusted by the service I just received from Sipho "store manager" at Truworths mall of Africa. He is unable to make decisions, manage his emotions or problem solve. He was extremely rude and condescending towards me. I purchased an item which was torn, I went to exchange it. He told me a process that was unfami**** to me about b sending the item for a QA check because he is unable to make a decision to credit my account till the item goes to get checked, why? The last time I purchased an item that was damaged, it was a hassle free process. I really don't think he should be managing such a big store, his management and customer service s****s are pathetic. </p>
