Pathetic service
<p>Truworths staff is very rude n scarcastic, I had to call back because they are dropping calls in my ear totally unacceptable and ********* behavior. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also I am not happy with the fact that u have increased my installment again without notifying me.</p>

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that your installment has been consistent for the last six months. This being said, the Annual Service Fee (ASF), charged once a year, was allocated to the current installment due, thus increasing your installment by R26.00 for this month. We can verify that this charge was indicated on your statement issued September 2016.
We acknowledge your concerns regarding the service you received from our Call Centre and have therefore brought this matter to the attention of the relevant management to investigate and address.
We sincerely apologize for the manner in which you were assisted and trust that we have clarified your concerns with our response.
