pathetic service
i went to sandton city truworths and picked a perfume as i was about to go pay the security stops me and tells me i am *****ing it when i explain that i am going to the till which was a few steps in front of me they accuse me of lying nd proceeds to search my bag. this is pathetic.

Whilst the security guards in our stores are employed by an independent contractor, they are expected to uphold the international service standards which we expect from all staff as well as our affiliates.
