Pathetic service

I would like the area manager of Truworths Kenilworth centre to contact myself as we were in the store where we were told very rudly by a consultant on the floor and the manager Samantha who does not have any customer service by having more of an attitude towards the client then trying to assist the client . The problem arose where a picture was taken in the store where there is no signs/boards or anything that says a "client" can not take any pictures . why is that not on display for the consumer to see that . The service levels gets more and more pathetic its like you guys feel you giving things for free yet the customer is paying for it .

The only person who attempted to assist was Tharwaa i think her name is
