Pathetic Service

Today i was embarassed at Identity and Yde all because some dumb consultant who closed both my new accounts now they telling me i disputed at Transunion yes i did but i never disputed Identity the call i made to Transunion should be played. I use to be a cash customer at all 3 stores but i will never set a foot at your stores ever again as i won't ever purchase at your stores again. Why the **** would i open an account go and waste fuel to activate them and then dispute that i never opened them . Cctv's can be played at both stores i did indeed sign my pre-agreements . I did not budget to pay cash for the items but i had to pay cash at Identity . I wasted my fuel to activate those accounts we live in Alexandria and we had to drive to Port Elizabeth to activate them. Now i have to wait 3 months ? No thanks i am taking my business where it would be appreciated. The consultant has some nerve telling me i disputed that i never opened the accounts can you people not think why would i open accounts and go activate them then say i never opened them when clearly there are Cctv's to prove that i opened them?? What would i gain from that?? Now i am told both my accounts is closed . I will never forget this day!! And i will definitely spread the news about this service i received its beyond pathetic. The stupid consultant who closed my accounts may pay that balance at Identity.
