Pathetic service

I purchased an item at truworths, which I was not satisfied with, as the colour of the item damaged my other garments, I returned it to the store, no one could assist with the matter, I need to go to the store to do a follow up, no one calls back,after the numerous visits to the store, it was advise the rude and *********** manager Brenda could not resolve this issue. I'm still waiting for someone to call back from truworths in canal walk. Pathetic service
