Pathetic Service
Received a call on the landline which for my wife the person who called advised her name is Tricia and she is callin from Durban Client Services and refused to give me amy other info she was actually calling from Truworths Client services this misrepresentation. Further more tried calling the call centre to speak to a manager as usual they are in meetings and was placed on hold for 30 mins we are trying to ascertain the correct installment due as i did credit several items and the installments were not adjusted as I only purchased 1 x item on an account that didnt have a balance, kindly get someone who is knowledgeable to contact me.
