Pathetic Service

Good day,

I placed an order online with last week Tuesday and received messages that my order is on its way but have received nothing yet. When I called Truworths Online to find out when my order will be delivered they said I need to go onto their whatsapp line because they are very busy. I did that but am not receiving any feedback!!! what is the point of having a whatsapp service if you dont respond to your clients!!!!
