Pathetic Service

The delivery process of online orders by Truworths /Office London is Pathetic and unorganised. I bought an Item and received an sms confirming that the order will be delivered on the 14/07/2020 till today when I call your call center they keep on lying that the driving is on the way but even now I have not received my order. It takes about 3-4 days for the courier to deliver items but for Truworths it's nearly 10 0 days .thanks you can cancel the order ,your service is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!
