pathetic service

On the 19th March I went to Maponya mall Uzzi store to get my brother jeans as a birthday gift, I knew his size and I was assisted to get the correct size for him, when I got home, he fitted them but they did'nt fit him right, then the next day took them to glen where I was asked 29 questions about where I got these jeans from as the reciet numbers don't correspond with the jeans, I was shocked and embarrassed as I was accused of being a ****, I work in randburg so I decided ill take them there instead but the same thing happened and the worst part, its supervisors that give me this treatment not the tellers, my question is where could I have gotten the jeans for R625 from in less that 24 hours? how could something like this happen with such an expensive store, even worse I bought it with my account so the history is there, all i'm told is there's nothing we can do you need to get teller who did this. I pay way too much for this pathetic service, i'm being ********** because someone or your system made a mistake, R625? Thats the amount I earn in 4 days guys, the jeans are brand new. Im done with truworths for good this time. And the supervisors you hire need people skills really
