Pathetic Service

Last year when applying for a home loan I was told that I was in arrears with my Truworths account. This came as a shock to me as I have never had an account with Truworths. Firstly after numerous phone calls I got the account number. I was advised to go to a police station and get an avidavit and submit it to a Truworths branch with a certified copy of my ID. I went to the Clearwater Mall branch and submitted the documentation. The lady advised that the documentation was sent to Head Office. Trying to phone to find out what is going on has been a total waste of time. Calling the phone number on the sms I receive on almost a daily basis that I will be listed on ITC is another waste of time *** - Useless. They eventually provided me with an e-mail adress [Email Removed] which never replies to any of my enquiries. I cant believe that a company like Truworths can be so ***********. <br> <br> My only option now is to lay a complaint against Truworths with the National Consumer Tribunal.
