Pathetic, Rude employees with poor customer service!

I went to collect my online order at Truworths west street and had the worst experience with a rude teller. Who just left me stranded when somebody else who works at the store came and gave her a watch. She left me at the till to go to another and help another customer. Processed another customers item right in from of me when I had already told her I’m there to collect my online order. She then passed me off to another teller who then helped 2 customers before my order while I was just waiting there stranded. I asked the the teller who went to process the watch about how long am I supposed to wait and she was rude as hell that the other teller will help me when I had been just standing there while she’s busy with other customers. What a pathetic service and I still have one more item to collect and I don’t want to EVER go back to that store.
