pathetic rude

i can not believe that Truworths account department is saying i am a **** for making payment when a lady spoke to me and asked when i would pay,i said i wil pay when I get my salary and the amount will be so much if i can pay more i will,then i have made payment by last week now this morning at 8 39 i gett attacked by a guy saying when I am paying when i did pay but i need to pay again for what reason i don't know but I even got a msg from Truworths stating THANK YOU FOR PAYING YOUR ACCOUNT now yo got rude over the phone with me,if this is how you look after youre customer in times like these just pathetic i will close my account the moment its up to date will make sure no body that i know wil ever buy again
