Pathetic & Poor Service

Extremely disappointed with the pathetic service received from truworths online. I made a purchase for many items of clothing and was told that the delivery truck had been hijacked and my items was ****** I then decided to go back online to repurchase only to see that the prices have increased overnight so now after many emails I have still not received any feedback or apology I ended up making the purchase for alot more than I had originally spent. Also another order received the wrong size was sent I am a size 30 but was sent a size 44 now I await my account credit still.

This is Extremely poor service and as a loyal client of Truworths for many years I will be closing my account with you.
