Pathetic online store.

What is going on with my order? It’s been 3 weeks already???

It said 3-5 working days for delivery/ collection. This is the most pathetic service ever. I called your call Centre last week to track the order as well and the women was supposed to call me back but she didn’t!?? No damn customer service.

I want a full refund! I don’t wanna support your pathetic brand.

When ordering it says updates will be sent via SMS as well. But nothing!

If can’t run an online business then don’t!
