Pathetic online shop from Truworths

I have placed an online order for some kids clothing and shoes. however after a painstaking time on their website which kept on clearing my cart I managed to place an order. Then 2 days after placing an order I got a mail that almost none of the items I ordered are available anymore. this is ridiculous, how can you advertise an item, and it shows available, and I pay for it, then just a casual mail saying the items are no longer available. I wasted a lot of my time to place this order to no avail. then when I looked at these items' availability in certain shops in other towns it is available there, so why can't the on-line shop source from other stores, this is really pathetic in this day and age of ecommerce. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 working days to receive a refund while I could have bought the clothes elsewhere while a special is still on going.
