Pathetic online service delivery

I ordered a dress off your website on the 1st December. You state on the website 3-5 days delivery. This is by far the worst online service received. Today is the 11th. I am going on holiday on the Monday to another province. Your person Lynn from Cape Town, doesnt answer. I have had to constantly follow up and I know i get told the container isnt even sorted yet. I need to wait. I understand its busy etc. but atleast send an sms about the delay. I would have made arrangements to change the address to a dbn one.
