PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE

TERRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE!!!!! I made an order which was billed on my account, i follow up on it, they cant pick it up on their system... How the hell do i owe for an order they claim to not have received. Im told that they have escalated the issue BLAH BLAH BLAH. I screen shot then email them proof that my order was received... Now they claim to not pick up anything on their side, but my account has been billed.... i told them to reverse that money they billed and we just leave everything, they "can't" GOSHHH TRUWORTHS MAKES ME SICK 🤮
