Pathetic Online Service
I am experiencing the worst online service from Truworths. I ordered a pair of shoes on the 6th of February and its now 7 days later and no delivery. I have called the customer care multiple times and none of the agents can tell me where is my order is nor when will I receive it. Other retailers like Foschini deliver after 3 days max. I don't advice anyone to buy anything from Truworths online!
